I’ll be reporting more about our trip to Brazil over the next few weeks, but for now, here is a video of highlights from the music conference.

Scott Aniol
Scott Aniol holds a bachelor's degree in church music from Bob Jones University (Greenville, SC), a master's degree in musicology from Northern Illinois University (DeKalb, IL), and has studied theology at Central Baptist Theological Seminary (Plymouth, MN) and Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary. He was ordained to to the gospel ministry by First Baptist Church (Rockford, IL) in April of 2004. As the executive director of Religious Affections Ministries, Scott speaks on the subjects of music and worship at various churches and conferences. His most recent speaking engagements include the Preserving the Truth Conference, Central Seminary’s Foundations Conference, International Baptist College, and Bob Jones Seminary. I AM TRYING TO ATTEND THE MUSIC CONFERENCE THIS YEAR IN CURITIBA. WILL YOU BE THERE? WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU. WE HAVE WORKED WITH OUR SEMINARY HERE IN MANAUS BRAZIL AND WOULD LIKE TO PLAN SOMETHING SIMILAR TO HELP OUR 45 AREA CHURCHES HERE IN THE NORTH.
I AM WITH BMM AND HAVE BEEN IN BRAZIL SINCE 1975. MY WIFE AND I ARE GRADUATES OF BJU AND SHE TEACHES MUSIC AND PIANO. WE HAVE HEARD OF THE CONFERENCE BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GO. WE DO APPRECIATE THE BNN RADIO MINISTRY OF MUSIC FOR BRAZIL, TOO…..ALONG WITH THE BIBLE STUDY AND SPECIAL PROGRAMS THAT COME OVER THE INTERNET.
LOOK FORWARD TO KEEPING IN TOUCH AND WITH DOING WHAT WE CAN TO HELP OUR BRAZILIAN CHURCHES AND MUSICIANS………

I may be coming to northern Brazil next summer for a conference. Mark Swedberg is arranging it, so keep your ears open! :)
